• Anyone who wants to attend the 4th Eastern Pediatrics Congress as a physician or a company representative must register.
• Registration payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule found within the contract. A 10% late fee will be charged for delayed payments.
• Registration fees will be subject to 20% VAT.

• The accommodation offers a bed and breakfast.
• An extra daily external participant fee will be added to the registration fee of each participant who did not book their accommodation through the official agency of the congress. This extra fee covers congress center access and area entrances.
